Ready to be part of Tahoe’s biggest winter celebration? Hosting a North Lake Tahoe SNOWFEST event is your chance to showcase your business, support a local nonprofit, and join in the fun that unites our community every year.
Each year, more than 50 local businesses and organizations help bring the festival to life. From legendary favorites like the Gar Woods Polar Bear Swim and Alaskan Open Snow Golf Tournament, to creative new fundraisers our events put the Fest in SNOWFEST. View the full list of SNOWFEST Events.

Your event fee includes promotion before and during SNOWFEST—featuring your event on the SNOWFEST website, in festival guides, newsletters, social media, and local press coverage in outlets like Moonshine Ink, The Tahoe Weekly, and Sierra Sun.

How to Register

Complete the Event Registration Form below.
Our team will follow up to confirm your listing and help with logistics.

Once you have submitted your event registration, please make payment.
First Event = $400
Additional Events = $200 per event
Non Profit Event = $150 per event. Must be a registered non profit organization.
The event cost includes advertising before and during the 10-day celebration. You'll also be featured in flyers, on the SNOWFEST website, in newsletters, on social media, and in local press releases like Moonshine Ink, The Tahoe Weekly, and Sierra Sun. Hosting a SNOWFEST event is a unique chance to promote your business or organization to local residents and visitors.
