Host a SNOWFEST Event

Dear Business Owners and Nonprofit Organizations,
It’s getting to be that time of year again, time to start thinking of the 42th Annual 2024 SNOWFEST season! We are excited about all the great events you have put on in the past, as well as all the great new ideas for events you may be thinking of for this year. If you have an event that was successful in the past, please continue that tradition. If you are looking to create a new event, just let us know what we can do to help! This year SNOWFEST is happy to announce we are officially a now recognized as 501(c)(3) and can accept all type of charitable donations. Our overall mission is to make our event more community charity driven and changing to 501c3 allows us to receive charitable contributions to support future events.
Included in the cost of the event, you will receive advertising before and throughout the 10 days of festivities. In addition, you will receive a listing in the widely distributed, flyers, SNOWFEST website, social media, social media partners and local press releases in Moonshine Ink, The Tahoe Weekly, and Sierra Sun.
Just by hosting a SNOWFEST event, you are promoting future business to those who didn’t know about yours before!

Sanctioned Event sponsors agree to:
1. Assume responsibility for registration, set up, clean up and ticket sales if applicable
2. Provide production materials and staff necessary for event
3. Mention SNOWFEST, and use official SNOWFEST logo in all advertising/publicity regarding the event 4. Remit Sanctioned Event Fee to SNOWFEST
SNOWFEST agrees to the following:
1. Listing on SNOWFEST Pocket Calendar
2. Listing in Official SNOWFEST Program
3. Listing on Official SNOWFEST Website
4. Promotion through our Social Media Platforms
SNOWFEST reserves the right not to add this event to the calendar if it conflicts with another similar event previously scheduled, and/or if the requested event date is already spoken for. Sanctioned event sponsors/producers agree to indemnify and hold SNOWFEST its staff, agents, and Board of Directors harmless against any and all claims arising from or due to negligence of any kind. Because the success of SNOWFEST depends upon this event taking place, this agreement is meant to serve as witness to each party’s commitment to the above stated terms and conditions.
I have filled out all of the contract information on this form and know that my event will be updated on the 2024 calendar of events as soon as this form is received.
